I wish I believed this was the last word on the point, which it clearly isn't. But it's a rare bit of good news...

I'd be willing to be the MPAA and others already have supporters in DC lobbying to grant the FCC the power needed to make this a reality, but at least this will guarantee a reprieve for a little while. I rather like being able to use my PVR, thank you. *grin*
