Make way for ducklings!

All traffic on Rte 30 stopped this morning to let a Mother Duck and her string of ducklings in tow cross the street. Cutest reason ever to be a few minutes late to work.

I actually saw a mother duck and ducklings crossing 128 once. I and many other drivers swerved around them, which was pretty scary on a fast road. They were most of the way across when I passed them, and I kept hoping all day that they made it.
